Are Vinsa Jewels diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Every Vinsa Jewels diamond is a genuine, lab-grown diamond, chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond. They are not simulants such as cubic zirconia or moissanite.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes. Diamonds of 1 carat and above are accompanied by an independent IGI (International Gemological Institute) certificate, so you can verify the exact specifications of your stone.

How do I find my ring size?

If you're unsure of your ring size, we recommend getting sized at a local jeweler, or contact our team at Info@VinsaJewels.com and we'll help you confirm the right size before your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via insured DHL, FedEx and USPS service. Orders outside the UAE may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

What is your returns and warranty policy?

Every piece is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. As fine jewelry is made to order, sales are final except in the case of a manufacturing defect - contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a repair or replacement.
