### 1. General Terms
1.1 Vinsa Jewels operates an online platform offering ready and custom-designed jewelry using lab-grown diamonds, eco-friendly and sustainable stones, and other ethically sourced precious stones.
1.2 By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website signifies acceptance of any changes.
### 2. Orders & Payments
2.1 All prices displayed on our website are in your local currency or USD and are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Orders are confirmed only upon full payment. We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Tabby (UAE only), and Tamara (UAE only) (Buy Now, Pay Later services available only in the UAE).
2.3 In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders before processing.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious orders.
2.5 For any order or multiple orders placed by the same client exceeding $14,500, we require full details and official identification. We reserve the right to refuse processing if the client does not provide the requested information.
### 3. Custom Jewelry & Design Services
3.1 Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
3.2 Clients will be provided with a design confirmation before production begins.
3.3 Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
### 4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4.2 Production begins immediately after order confirmation. Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
4.5 For international orders, clients will be responsible for any customs duties.
### 5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
5.2 If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or repair.
5.3 In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund of up to 60%, subject to our discretion and product condition.
### 6. Warranty & Repairs
6.1 Vinsa Jewels offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 3 years from the date of purchase.
6.2 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made by third parties.
6.3 Repairs outside the warranty period may be available for an additional fee.
### 7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content, including images, designs, logos, and text on Vinsa Jewels' website, is the intellectual property of Vinsa Jewels and may not be used without permission.
7.2 Unauthorized use of our designs or content may result in legal action.
### 8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Vinsa Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the purchased product.
### 9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
