Shipping & Delivery  

We offer Insured domestic and international shipping with DHL. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Production begins immediately after order confirmation. Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.  

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.  

For international orders, clients will be responsible for any customs duties.  

Returns & Exchanges  
Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or repair.  

In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund of up to 60%, subject to our discretion and product condition.
